Raw nut & cocoa porridge
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 ½ dl | almond drink |
| 4 | Medjool dates, pitted |
| 2 tsp | maple syrup |
| 1 tsp | vanilla paste |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | Himalayan salt |
| 1 ½ tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 1 ½ tbsp | dark almond cream (or peanut butter) |
| 140 g | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 1 ½ tbsp | coconut oil, melted |
| 1 ½ tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 2 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 2 tbsp | almond drink |
| 2 tbsp | Granola, of your choice |
| 2 tbsp | almond drink |
How it's done
Porridge
Puree the almond milk in a blending cup along with all the other ingredients up to and including the almond butter, mix in the oats, cover and chill for at least 2 hrs. or overnight.
Cocoa sauce
Mix the coconut oil with the cocoa until smooth, stir in the maple syrup and almond milk. Serve the porridge in 2 bowls, drizzle the sauce over the top.
Toppings
Top the porridge with granola and almond milk.
