Apple sauce
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 kg | apples (cooking apples, e.g. Boskoop), peeled, cored, sliced |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| ½ dl | water |
How it's done
Bring all of the ingredients to the boil in a pan, reduce the heat, cover and cook over a low heat for approx. 15 mins. until soft, stirring occasionally. Puree until smooth using a hand blender, leave to cool.
