Potato slices with cottage cheese salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 500 g | potato waxy, cut into approx. 5 mm slices |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | plain cottage cheese |
| ½ bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
| ½ bunch | dill, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Potatoes
Mix the potato slices with the oil, salt and pepper, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
Cottage cheese salad
Mix the cottage cheese with the herbs, mix in the vinegar, season. Serve the salad on top of the potato slices.
