Ingredients

for 2 person

Tagliatelle
200 g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle) (e.g. spelt tagliatelle)
  salted water, boiling
150 g peas, defrosted
Sauce
fresh egg
100 g Pecorino romano, grated
a little  pepper

How it's done

Tagliatelle

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water for approx. 3 mins., add the peas and cook for a further 3 mins. Set aside 100 ml of cooking water, drain the tagliatelle and peas.

Sauce

Combine the eggs with the Pecorino and reserved cooking water, mix in with the hot tagliatelle, season.
