Creamy spelt tagliatelle
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 200 g | pasta (e.g. tagliatelle) (e.g. spelt tagliatelle) |
| salted water, boiling | |
| 150 g | peas, defrosted |
| 2 | fresh egg |
| 100 g | Pecorino romano, grated |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Tagliatelle
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water for approx. 3 mins., add the peas and cook for a further 3 mins. Set aside 100 ml of cooking water, drain the tagliatelle and peas.
Sauce
Combine the eggs with the Pecorino and reserved cooking water, mix in with the hot tagliatelle, season.
