Chicken fillets with curry-honey sauce

Ingredients

for 2 person

Chicken
280 g tender chicken breast fillets
½ tsp mild curry powder
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
  oil for frying
Sauce
3 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
½ dl water
1 tsp mild curry powder
2 pinch salt

How it's done

Chicken

Season the chicken. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry the chicken for approx. 2 mins. on each side, remove.

Sauce

Place the honey, mustard, water, curry and salt in the same pan, bring to the boil, simmer for approx. 1 min. Return the chicken to the pan and gently heat through.
