Blueberry and muesli smoothie
Ingredients

350 g | frozen blueberries, slightly defrosted |
60 g | rolled oats |
100 g | white almond cream |
2 ½ dl | water |
2 ½ dl | apple juice |
2 tbsp | birnel (pear syrup) |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
