Ingredients

| 2 | apples, cut into pieces |
| 1 | boiled beet, cut into pieces |
| 1 ½ dl | carrot juice |
| 3 dl | water |
| 1 tsp | ginger, finely grated |
How it's done
Smoothie
Place the apples and all the other ingredients in a blending cup, puree until smooth, chill for at least 30 mins.
