Persimmon and ricotta bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | kaki persimmons, cut into pieces |
| 1 dl | blood orange juice |
| 1 | passion fruit, pulp scooped out |
| 125 g | ricotta |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 | blood orange, peeled, thinly sliced |
| 1 | passion fruit, pulp scooped out |
| 1 | kaki persimmon, in slices |
| 160 g | crispy muesli (e.g. forest fruits) |
How it's done
Smoothie
Place the persimmon, blood orange juice, passion fruit, ricotta and cinnamon in a blending cup, then puree. Serve the smoothie in bowls.
Topping
Top with the fruit and muesli.
