Smoothie
kaki persimmons, cut into pieces
1 dl blood orange juice
passion fruit, pulp scooped out
125 g ricotta
¼ tsp cinnamon
Topping
blood orange, peeled, thinly sliced
passion fruit, pulp scooped out
kaki persimmon, in slices
160 g crispy muesli (e.g. forest fruits)

How it's done

Smoothie

Place the persimmon, blood orange juice, passion fruit, ricotta and cinnamon in a blending cup, then puree. Serve the smoothie in bowls.

Topping

Top with the fruit and muesli.
