Rooibos spiced tea
Ingredients
for 9 dl
| 6 dl | water |
| 3 dl | almond drink |
| 1 | cinnamon stick |
| 4 | cardamom pods, crushed |
| ½ tsp | peppercorn, crushed |
| 20 g | ginger, thinly sliced |
| 3 bag | Rooibos tea, natural |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
How it's done
Bring the water, almond milk and spices to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat, add the tea bags, leave to steep for approx. 10 mins. Remove the tea bags, stir in the honey. Pour the tea through a sieve into glasses or cups.
