Chestnut tarte flambée
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | rolled tarte flambée dough (each approx. 290 g) |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | mushrooms, halved or quartered |
| 200 g | blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola), broken into pieces |
| 100 g | cured ham |
| 300 g | chestnuts in caramel sauce, roughly chopped |
| 1 tbsp | chives, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Tarte flambée
Roll out the dough and place on two baking trays with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche and spread on top of the dough. Top with the mushrooms, Gorgonzola and cured ham.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection). Top with the chestnuts, garnish with the chives.
