Chioggia beet salad
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
2 | chioggia beet (approx. 100 g each), very thinly sliced |
30 g | Micro Greens |
1 tbsp | capers |
75 g | soft goats' cheese |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the vinegar and oil in a large bowl, season.
Salad
Add the beetroot, micro greens and capers to the dressing, mix. Using two teaspoons, spoon the cream cheese on top of the salad.
