Antipasti sandwich
Ingredients
for 4 person
80 g | chorizo sliced, (spicy) |
1 | baguette, quartered, halved lengthwise |
1 glass | grilled vegetables in oil (approx. 285 g), drained, larger pieces cut in half |
150 g | mozzarella, sliced |
How it's done
Slowly fry the chorizo in batches in a non-stick frying pan until crispy, then drain on kitchen paper. Toast the bread (cut side down) in batches in the same pan for approx. 2 mins. Top the sandwich bases with the grilled vegetables, mozzarella and chorizo. Cover with the top half of the bread, press down gently.
