Avocado and ricotta crostini
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 4 | bread slice (e.g. wholegrain bread) |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 100 g | ricotta |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 | avocado, halved, thinly sliced |
| a little | crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream) |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Crostini
Brush the bread with oil, toast in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 1 min. on each side.
Topping
Combine the ricotta and oil, season. Spread half of the ricotta over the sliced bread, top with the avocado. Add the remainder of the ricotta and dot with balsamic mousse, season.
