Avocado and ricotta crostini

Ingredients

for 2 person

Crostini
bread slice (e.g. wholegrain bread)
1 tbsp olive oil
Topping
100 g ricotta
½ tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper to taste
avocado, halved, thinly sliced
a little  crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream)
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Crostini

Brush the bread with oil, toast in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 1 min. on each side.

Topping

Combine the ricotta and oil, season. Spread half of the ricotta over the sliced bread, top with the avocado. Add the remainder of the ricotta and dot with balsamic mousse, season.
