Tagliatelle Alfredo
Ingredients

300 g | fresh pasta, Tagliatelle |
salted water, boiling | |
60 g | butter, cut into pieces |
60 g | grated Parmesan |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just al dente. Drain the pasta, retaining 150 ml of the cooking water. Bring the cooking water and butter to the boil in the same pan, add the pasta and parmesan, mix until you have a creamy sauce, season.
