Bat energy balls
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
200 g | pitted dates |
100 g | cashew nuts |
½ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
1 pinch | salt |
3 tbsp | chocolate powder |
2 tbsp | Cocoa Nibs |
12 | chocolate biscuits, round (e.g. Gran Cereale Cioccolato) |
24 | sugar eyes |
How it's done
Energy ball mixture
In a blending cup, puree the dates with all of the other ingredients up to and including the cocoa nibs.
To make the bats
With wet hands, shape the mixture into 12 equal balls. Place each ball in a mini paper muffin case. Break the biscuits in half, press 2 halves into each ball as wings, place 2 sugar eyes in the middle of each ball. Chill for approx. 30 mins.
