Paletas de Pay de Limon (lime ice lollies)
Ingredients
for 12 pieces
100 g | sweetened condensed milk |
2 dl | full cream |
2 dl | single cream |
3 | limes, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use grated zest and juice |
1 pinch | salt |
12 | wooden sticks |
3 piece | biscuits (e.g. wholegrain honey biscuits, crushed) |
How it's done
Ice lollies
Using the whisk on a hand mixer, combine the condensed milk, full cream, single cream, lime juice, zest and salt.
Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds. Insert the ice lolly sticks and freeze for approx. 7 hrs.
To serve
Remove the ice lollies from the moulds, sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs, serve immediately.
