Ingredients

for 4 person

Sugar syrup
50 g sugar
½ dl water
Cocktail
1 dl gin
organic lemon, cut the zest into thin strips, set aside, use 4 tbsp of juice
some  ice cubes
4 dl sparkling wine (e.g. champagne)

How it's done

Sugar syrup

Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a pan, boil until the sugar has melted, leave to cool.

Cocktail

Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker, add the ice cubes and shake well. Strain into the prepared flutes, top up with the champagne, garnish with the lemon zest.
