Watermelon smoothie

I think this is the quickest recipe there is. It's certainly the quickest one I've ever made. Simply prepare the fruit, place it in the blender and you have a refreshing drink in just 2-3 minutes. Yum! By the time the summer melon season comes around, you don't want to be spending all your time in front of a food processor, hob or oven.

Ingredients

for 4 person

500 g watermelons, deseeded, cut into pieces
kiwi, cut into pieces
½  lemon, use only the juice
peppermint leaves
1 tbsp agave syrup
ice cubes
4 segment watermelons

How it's done

Blend the watermelon and all the other ingredients in a blending cup for approx. 2 mins. Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with the melon slices.
