Ingredients

Cookie dough
apple, finely grated
100 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
70 g peanut butter
60 g sugar
2 pinch salt

How it's done

Cookie dough

Combine the apple with the oat flakes, peanut butter and sugar. With wet hands, shape into 12 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the balls down flat (approx. 6 cm in diameter).

Bake

Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (convection).
