Red chicory pizza
Ingredients
for 2 person
1 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle |
130 g | grated Gruyère |
1 | red chicory, thinly sliced |
1 | pear, thinly sliced |
a little | salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Pizza
Roll out the dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Scatter over the cheese, top with the red chicory and pears, season.
Bake
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
