Apple and cabbage salad

Ingredients

Dressing
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
apple, thinly sliced
¼  white cabbage (approx. 200 g), thinly sliced
50 g Pecorino romano, diced
40 g walnut, roughly chopped

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the vinegar and oil, season.

Salad

Add the cabbage, apples, pecorino and nuts to the dressing and stir.
