Tuna and seaweed tartare
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 | passion fruit, flesh removed |
| 1 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 2 tsp | soy sauce |
| 1 | spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped |
| 1 | lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use grated zest only, keep a little to one side |
| 300 g | yellowfin tuna (sushi quality), diced finely |
| 125 g | wakame salad, 1/2 finely chopped |
How it's done
Sauce
Mix the passion fruit flesh with the oil, soy sauce, spring onion and lime zest.
Tartare
Mix the tuna and finely chopped wakame seaweed with the sauce. Serve on plates. Garnish with the rest of the wakame, scatter over the remaining lime zest.
