Tuna and seaweed tartare

Ingredients

for 4 person

Sauce
passion fruit, flesh removed
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
spring onion incl. green part, finely chopped
lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use grated zest only, keep a little to one side
Tartare
300 g yellowfin tuna (sushi quality), diced finely
125 g wakame salad, 1/2 finely chopped

How it's done

Sauce

Mix the passion fruit flesh with the oil, soy sauce, spring onion and lime zest.

Tartare

Mix the tuna and finely chopped wakame seaweed with the sauce. Serve on plates. Garnish with the rest of the wakame, scatter over the remaining lime zest.
