Spicy orange chicken
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 | chicken breast (approx. 160 g each), halved crosswise |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| a little | olive oil |
| 100 g | orange jam |
| 1 tbsp | hot chilli sauce Sriracha |
| 2 tbsp | ketchup |
| 2 tbsp | water |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Chicken
Season the chicken. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for about 2 mins. on each side, remove.
Dressing
Put the marmalade, Sriracha, ketchup and water into the same pan, bring to the boil, season with salt. Return the chicken to the pan and heat gently.
