Coconut and chocolate balls

Ingredients

for 30 pieces

Mixture
100 g coconut flakes
50 g ground hazelnuts
50 g chocolate chunk
2 pinch salt
250 g sweetened condensed milk

How it's done

Mixture

Combine the coconut flakes, nuts, chocolate chunks and salt, stir in the condensed milk. With wet hands, shape into approx. 30 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake

Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool a little, then leave to cool completely on a rack.
