Celeriac salad

Ingredients

for 2 person

Dressing
2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
3 tbsp herbal vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
150 g plain greek yoghurt
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Salad
300 g celeriac, coarsely grated
3 tbsp cranberry, coarsely chopped

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Salad

Mix the celeriac with the dressing, scatter the cranberries over the top.
