Spaghettini and mushroom one pot
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 200 g | spaghettini, halved |
| 30 g | dried porcini mushrooms |
| 4 dl | milk |
| 2 dl | water |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 40 g | grated Parmesan |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Put the spaghettini, mushrooms, milk and water into a wide pan, season with salt and stir. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins., stirring occasionally. Stir in the parmesan, season.
