Cinque P farfalle gratin
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | pasta (e.g. farfalle) |
salted water, boiling |
5 dl | full cream |
2 dl | milk |
4 tbsp | tomato puree |
150 g | Parmesan, grated |
3 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 tbsp | parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water for approx. 5 mins., drain, place in the prepared dish.
Gratin
Combine the cream, milk, tomato purée, cheese and parsley, season, pour over the pasta.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove and scatter the parsley on top.
