Berry (n)ice cream is a personal summer favourite. This healthy, sugar-free ice cream has just three ingredients and doesn't require an ice cream maker! I like the berry version best, but the banana goes well with other ingredients, too. You can add cocoa powder and peanut butter for a Snickers ice cream flavour or spinach if you're feeling a bit more daring. The possibilities are endless.

Lara - Vanillacrunnch

Ingredients

for 2 person

Ice cream
50 g strawberries, sliced lengthwise
200 g frozen berry mixture
½ dl almond drink
bananas (very ripe), cut into pieces, frozen
Decoration
1 tbsp almond, chopped
10 g vegan milk chocolate , chopped

How it's done

Ice cream

Place the glasses in the freezer for at least one hour. Stick the strawberry slices to the inside of the glasses, return the glasses to the freezer. Using a powerful blender, blend the frozen berries with the almond drink and gradually add the banana pieces. Press the mixture down using the blender stick or spoon and continue to blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the glasses.

Decoration

Sprinkle the almonds and chocolate on top of the ice cream, serve immediately.
