Rice gratin with chicken
Ingredients
for 6 person
| 450 g | chicken strips |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 375 g | long grain rice with quinoa, rinsed in cold water |
| 300 g | carrot, diced |
| 3 ½ dl | full cream |
| 250 g | half-fat quark |
| 3 dl | vegetable bouillon |
| ¼ tsp | mild curry powder |
| a little | nutmeg |
| 400 g | leaf spinach |
How it's done
Gratin
Salt the chicken. Mix the rice, chicken and carrots in the prepared dish.
Sauce
Bring the cream, quark and stock to the boil in a pan, season, add the spinach, allow to wilt. Add the sauce to the dish, mix.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
