Sprout and bacon skewers
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 400 g | frozen brussels sprouts, defrosted |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 8 slice | bacon |
| 8 | wooden skewer |
| 2 tbsp | dried cranberry, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | honey |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Salt the sprouts, thread the sprouts and bacon alternately onto the skewers. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 5 mins. Mix the cranberries with the honey, spread over the hot skewers, season.
