Sprout and bacon skewers

Ingredients

for 8 pieces

400 g frozen brussels sprouts, defrosted
¼ tsp salt
8 slice bacon
wooden skewer
2 tbsp dried cranberry, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
a little  pepper

How it's done

Salt the sprouts, thread the sprouts and bacon alternately onto the skewers. Cook in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 5 mins. Mix the cranberries with the honey, spread over the hot skewers, season.
