Ingredients

for 2 person

200 g beef rump
2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 stick lemongrass, core finely chopped
¼ tsp pepper
¼  cucumber, diced

How it's done

Chop the meat very finely using a sharp knife. Combine the soy sauce, oil, lemongrass and pepper. Add the meat and cucumber, mix together.
