Asian beef tartare
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | beef rump |
2 ½ tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 stick | lemongrass, core finely chopped |
¼ tsp | pepper |
¼ | cucumber, diced |
How it's done
Chop the meat very finely using a sharp knife. Combine the soy sauce, oil, lemongrass and pepper. Add the meat and cucumber, mix together.
