Passion fruit ceviche
Ingredients
for 2 person
200 g | Royal cod fillet (MSC), thinly sliced |
2 | passion fruit, pulp scooped out |
1 | lime, use only half of the juice |
1 bunch | radish, thinly sliced |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
To marinate
Mix the fish with the passion fruit and lime juice, cover and chill for approx. 20 mins.
To serve
Plate up the fish, top with the radish, drizzle 2 tbsp of the marinade over the top, season.
