2 tbsp herbal vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
fennel, very thinly sliced
tomato, diced
½ bunch coriander, finely chopped

How it's done

Samosas

Fry the samosas in a non-stick frying pan (without adding any oil) for approx. 2 mins. on each side.

Salad

Combine the vinegar, oil and salt. Add the fennel, tomatoes and coriander, mix. Serve the salad in bowls, top with the samosas.
