Pasta salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
150 g | elbow macaroni |
salted water, boiling |
2 tsp | mustard |
4 tbsp | apple vinegar |
5 tbsp | crème fraîche |
salt and pepper to taste | |
250 g | different coloured cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 | Landjäger, diced |
100 g | Gruyère, diced |
3 | gherkin, diced |
1 | spring onion incl. green part, cut into thin rings |
3 tbsp | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
Macaroni
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
Salad
Mix the mustard with the vinegar and crème fraîche, season. Add the macaroni, cherry tomatoes and the remaining ingredients, mix.
