Ingredients

Watermelon ice
¼  watermelon cut into chunks, deseeded (yields approx. 250 g)
2 tbsp elderflower syrup
Charentais ice
½  melon (e.g. Charentais), deseeded, cut into chunks (yields approx. 200 g)
1 tbsp elderflower syrup
Muskmelon ice
½  melon (e.g. Muskmelon), deseeded, cut into chunks (yields approx. 200 g)
1 tbsp elderflower syrup

How it's done

Watermelon ice

Puree the melon with the syrup, pour into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 2 hrs.

Charentais ice

Puree the melon with the syrup. Pour the melon juice on top of the first frozen melon mixture, insert the sticks, freeze for approx. 2 hrs.

Muskmelon ice

Puree the melon with the syrup. Pour the melon juice on top of the second frozen melon mixture. Freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
