Kohlrabi and melon salad with tuna
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 | kohlrabi, quartered, thinly sliced |
| ½ | charentais melon, thinly sliced |
| 1 tin | pink tuna in oil (approx. 155 g), in chunks |
| 1 bunch | dill, coarsely chopped |
| 2 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Salad
Mix the kohlrabi, melon, tuna (incl. oil) and dill in a bowl.
Vinaigrette
Combine the balsamic, oil, salt and pepper, drizzle over the salad, mix.
