Apricot and bacon tarte flambée
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 roll | rolled tarte flambée dough (approx. 24 x 33 cm) |
| 125 g | cream cheese |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 5 | apricots, quartered |
| 80 g | bacon strips, cut into thirds |
How it's done
Tarte flambée
Place the dough on a baking tray along with the baking paper, spread the cream cheese on top, season. Top with the apricots and bacon.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection). Serve immediately.
