Ham and apricot parcels
Ingredients
for 4 person
5 | apricot, pitted, halved |
10 | basil leaves |
100 g | Brie, cut into 10 pieces |
100 g | cured ham sliced |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Parcels
Garnish each apricot half with a basil leaf and a piece of brie, wrap in ham.
To grill
Heat the griddle pan, grill the parcels over a medium heat for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Sprinkle with pepper, serve immediately.
