Ingredients

Parcels
apricot, pitted, halved
10  basil leaves
100 g Brie, cut into 10 pieces
100 g cured ham sliced
To grill
a little  pepper

How it's done

Parcels

Garnish each apricot half with a basil leaf and a piece of brie, wrap in ham.

To grill

Heat the griddle pan, grill the parcels over a medium heat for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Sprinkle with pepper, serve immediately.
