Landjäger sausage and dried fig kebabs
Ingredients
for 2 person
2 pair | Landjäger, each cut crosswise into three pieces |
6 | dried figs, cut in half |
100 g | baguettes, in 6 slices, halved |
4 | long wooden skewers |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | crema di Balsamico (balsamic cream) |
1 pinch | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Kebabs
Thread the Landjäger, figs and bread alternately onto the wooden skewers.
Grill
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Balsamic mayo
Combine the mayonnaise and balsamic, season. Serve with the kebabs.
