Ingredients

for 8 pieces

Filling
50 g caramel sweets (e.g. Toffifee, finely chopped)
50 g sugar-roasted almonds, finely chopped
50 g butter, soft
Rolls
pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 260 g)
10 g butter, melted

How it's done

Filling

Mix together the caramel sweets, nuts and butter.

Rolls

Unroll the pizza dough and spread the filling over the top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Roll up the dough and, without exerting pressure, cut it into 8 pieces using a bread knife. Lay out the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter.

Bake

For approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 180°C.
