Sticky caramel rolls
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 50 g | caramel sweets (e.g. Toffifee, finely chopped) |
| 50 g | sugar-roasted almonds, finely chopped |
| 50 g | butter, soft |
| 1 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 260 g) |
| 10 g | butter, melted |
How it's done
Filling
Mix together the caramel sweets, nuts and butter.
Rolls
Unroll the pizza dough and spread the filling over the top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Roll up the dough and, without exerting pressure, cut it into 8 pieces using a bread knife. Lay out the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with butter.
Bake
For approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 180°C.
