Croutons
2 tbsp butter
3 slice toast bread (approx. 70 g), cut into cubes
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
¼ tsp salt

How it's done

Croutons

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Toast the bread cubes for approx. 2 mins. until golden. Mix the coriander, curry and salt in a bowl, add the croutons, mix.
