Curry croutons
Ingredients
for 100 g
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 3 slice | toast bread (approx. 70 g), cut into cubes |
| 1 tbsp | coriander, finely chopped |
| 1 tsp | curry powder |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Croutons
Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Toast the bread cubes for approx. 2 mins. until golden. Mix the coriander, curry and salt in a bowl, add the croutons, mix.
