Ingredients

for 2 dl

Dressing
organic lemon, use a little grated zest and all of the juice
1 ½ dl olive oil
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
½  mango (approx. 200 g), diced
½ bunch basil, finely chopped

How it's done

Dressing

Mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Add the mango and basil, mix.
