Crispy chickpeas
Ingredients
for 240 g
1 tin | chickpeas (approx. 420 g), rinsed, drained |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | tamarind paste |
1 tbsp | Za'atar (spice mix) |
¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Chickpeas
Mix the chickpeas with all the remaining ingredients, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for approx. 45 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C.
