Asian dressing
Ingredients
for 2 dl
| 1 tbsp | salted peanuts, finely chopped |
| ½ tbsp | black sesame seeds |
| 1 ½ tbsp | cane sugar |
| ½ tsp | ground coriander seeds |
| 2 tsp | ginger, finely grated |
| 1 | red chilli, deseeded, cut into thin rings |
| 2 | limes, the whole juice |
| 1 dl | peanut oil |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
How it's done
Spices
Toast the peanuts and sesame seeds in a frying pan for approx. 2 mins. without adding any oil, transfer to a small bowl. Mix in the cane sugar, coriander, ginger and chilli.
Dressing
Combine the lime juice, peanut oil, sesame oil and soy sauce, mix in the spices.
