Smoothie bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 150 g | strawberries, halved |
| 100 g | raspberries |
| 2 | peaches, cut into pieces |
| 360 g | plain yoghurt |
| 50 g | red currants |
| 100 g | strawberries, diced |
| 50 g | raspberries |
| 1 | peach, diced |
| 30 g | Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped |
| 4 tbsp | millet flakes |
How it's done
Smoothie
Puree the strawberries, raspberries and peaches in a blending cup. Mix in the yoghurt, serve the smoothie in bowls.
Topping
Sprinkle the redcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, peach, Brazil nuts and millet flakes over the top.
