Ingredients

for 10 pieces

Bars
carrots, finely grated
200 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
60 g dried apricots (sweet), finely chopped
40 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp linseed
2 tbsp dried aronia berries
4 tbsp liquid honey
1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
¼ tsp salt

How it's done

Bars

In a bowl, mix the carrots with all the remaining ingredients. Knead well by hand until the ingredients have combined to form a compact mass. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and smooth down.

To bake

Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Turn the heat up to 180 °C and bake for a further 10 mins. Remove from the oven, leave to cool in the tin, cut into 10 bars.
