Grilled chicken Caesar skewers
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | chicken breasts, cut into approx. 4 cm cubes |
| 8 slice | bacon |
| 100 g | pagnol bread, cut into approx. 1 cm slices |
| 1 | garlic clove, cut in half |
| 80 g | Parmesan, grated |
| 4 | baby lettuce, quartered lengthwise |
| 1 tbsp | mustard |
| 2 tbsp | herbal vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 4 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 ½ tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Chicken skewers
Thread 2 bacon rashers and chicken onto each skewer in a wavy design.
To grill
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Grill the chicken skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Rub one side of the sliced bread with garlic, sprinkle with Parmesan, grill with the lettuce for approx. 2 mins.
Dressing
Mix the mustard with all the remaining ingredients. Plate up the lettuce and chicken skewers, drizzle with the dressing, serve with the grilled bread.
