Fruity chicken breast kebabs

Ingredients

for 4 person

Kebabs
chicken breast (approx. 170 g each), cut crosswise into slices approx. 1 cm thick
organic lemon, use grated zest only
1 tbsp thyme leaf, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
12 slice bacon, halved
peach, cut into slices
wooden skewer, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins.

How it's done

Kebabs

Mix the chicken with the lemon zest, thyme, oil and salt. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Thread the chicken and peach slices alternately onto the skewers.

To grill the kebabs

Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins. all over.
