Fruity chicken breast kebabs
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | chicken breast (approx. 170 g each), cut crosswise into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
1 | organic lemon, use grated zest only |
1 tbsp | thyme leaf, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | salt |
12 slice | bacon, halved |
2 | peach, cut into slices |
8 | wooden skewer, soaked in water for approx. 30 mins. |
How it's done
Kebabs
Mix the chicken with the lemon zest, thyme, oil and salt. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Thread the chicken and peach slices alternately onto the skewers.
To grill the kebabs
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Cover and grill the kebabs over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins. all over.
