Fruit and marshmallow skewers
Ingredients
for 4 person
8 | wooden skewer |
24 | marshmallow |
¼ | watermelon (approx. 150 g), cut into cubes |
1 | peach, sliced |
1 dl | cream |
100 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
How it's done
Skewers
Soak the skewers in cold water for min. 30 mins. Thread the marshmallows, watermelon and peach alternately onto skewers.
To grill the skewers
Charcoal grill: Hold the skewers briefly over the heat until they are lightly browned. Gas/electric grill: Place the skewers in a grill tray, cover and grill over/on a very high heat (approx. 250 °C for approx. 6 mins.
Sauce
Bring the cream to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate, melt while stirring. Serve the sauce with the skewers.
