Stuffed bratwurst
Ingredients

4 | veal bratwurst |
50 g | Cheddar, cut into pieces |
16 slice | bacon |
How it's done
To stuff the sausages
Make 4 crosswise incisions approx. 1.5 cm deep on one side of the sausages. Stuff the cheese into the incisions. Wrap the sausages in bacon.
To grill the sausages
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the sausages over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
